Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) E+W+S

15 E+W+SIn section 14 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (restriction on right to pay Class 3 contributions), after subsection (4) there is inserted—

“(5) Regulations under subsection (1) or (2) above shall be made by the Treasury.”
