43 E+W+SIn section 15 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (provision of information in relation to statutory maternity pay), after subsection (1) there is inserted—

“(1A) Any regulations for the purposes of subsection (1) above must be made with the concurrence of the Inland Revenue.”
