61E+W+SIn section 27(8) of the Jobseekers Act 1995 (employment of long-term unemployed: deductions by employers), the word “and” immediately following the definition of “deductions” is omitted and at the end of the subsection there is inserted—
““prescribed” means specified in or determined in accordance with regulations; and
“regulations” means regulations made by the Treasury.”
