1In section 2(1) of the Taxes Management Act 1970 (appointment of General Commissioners), after “the Taxes Acts”, in the first place where it occurs, there is inserted “ or by Part II of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 ”.
