E1Sch. 7 extends to Northern Ireland for certain purposes see s. 28(5)(f)
23E+W+SIn section 10 of the Social Security Act 1998 (decisions superseding earlier decisions)—
(a)in subsection (1), for “subsections (3) and (4)” there is substituted “ subsection (3) ”, and
(b)subsection (4) shall cease to have effect.
