33 E+W The Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 has effect subject to the following amendments.

34 E+W In section 70 (jurisdiction in inner London for family proceedings), in subsection (3), in the definition of “inner London petty sessions area”, for the words after “means” substitute “ any petty sessions area falling wholly or partly within the area consisting of the inner London boroughs and the City of London. ”
