10In section 4 of the Metropolitan Police Courts Act 1897 (powers of receiver with respect to land and buildings for metropolitan police courts), for “metropolitan police courts” substitute “magistrates' courts acting for petty sessions areas falling wholly within the inner London boroughs”.
