50In paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 (inner London), in sub-paragraph (2)(a)(ii) (continued operation of section 58 of the M1Justices of the Peace Act 1979), after “have effect” insert “ (with the reference in subsection (3) to metropolitan stipendiary magistrates being construed as a reference to District Judges (Magistrates’ Courts) ”.
