4 E+W Except where regulations otherwise provide, an appeal shall lie to such court or other person or body as may be prescribed against a decision to refuse to grant a right to representation or to withdraw a right to representation.[F1 This paragraph does not apply in relation to any right to representation granted in accordance with paragraph 1A.]
