31U.K.In section 11 of the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985 (costs of application for child custody or access), for the words from “by virtue of” to “1988,” substitute “by virtue of—
(a)the provision of any service funded by the Legal Services Commission as part of the Community Legal Service, or
(b)the grant of legal aid or legal advice and assistance under.”
