8In section 1(3)(c) of the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 (magistrates' court may make order to secure payment of any sum required to be paid by legal aid contribution order), for “legal aid contribution order” substitute “order under section 17(2) of the Access to Justice Act 1999”.
