The Commissioner shall make an annual report to the F1 Secretary of State on the discharge of his functions during the year to which the report relates.

The Commissioner may, in addition, report to the F1 Secretary of State at any time on any matter relating to the discharge of the Commissioner’s functions.

The Commissioner shall provide the F1 Secretary of State with such information relating to the discharge of his functions as the F1 Secretary of State may see fit to require.

The F1 Secretary of State shall lay before each House of Parliament a copy of any annual report made to him under sub-paragraph (1).
