20 E+W+S Except as provided by paragraph 15(3), 17 or 18(3) or (4) above, Transport for London does not have power to acquire land (or any interest in land) for purposes which are not related to any of the activities, other than the development of land, of Transport for London or any subsidiary of Transport for London.
