16(1)Section 25 of the M1Local Government Act 1974 (authorities subject to investigation by the Commission for Local Administration) shall be amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)the word “and” preceding paragraph (d) shall cease to have effect; and
(b)at the end of paragraph (d) there shall be inserted “; and
(e)the London Transport Users’ Committee.”
