The London Hackney Carriage Act 1853 E+W+S

12 E+W+S Any notice given under section 2 of the M1 London Hackney Carriage Act 1853 and having effect immediately before the coming into force of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 3 above shall have effect as from the coming into force of that sub-paragraph as a notice given by Transport for London.
