13E+W+SAny notice given under section 16 of the M1London Hackney Carriage (No. 2) Act 1853 and having effect immediately before the coming into force of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 4 above shall have effect as from the coming into force of that sub-paragraph as a notice under that section given to Transport for London.
