13U.K.In section 20 (acquisition of land by the regional development agencies) after subsection (3) there shall be inserted—
“(3A)The London Development Agency shall not by virtue of subsection (1) or (3) submit to the Secretary of State a compulsory purchase order authorising the acquisition of any land in accordance with section 2(2) of the M1Acquisition of Land Act 1981 unless the Mayor of London has given his consent.”
