65U.K.In section 252 of the M1Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (procedure for making of orders relating to highways) in subsection (12), in the definition of “local authority”, after “section 3 of the M2Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted “ the Metropolitan Police Authority, ”.
