54 U.K. In section 6 of the M1 Local Government Act 1986 (interpretation of provisions relating to publicity and promotion of homosexuality) in subsection (2)(a), after “section 3 of the M2 Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted—

“the Metropolitan Police Authority,”.
