Service of notices by local authorities U.K.

34 U.K. In section 233 of the M1 Local Government Act 1972 (service of notices by local authorities) in subsection (11) (extended meaning of “local authority”) after “section 3 of the M2 Police Act 1996” there shall be inserted “ and the Metropolitan Police Authority ”.
