Transfer of local authority mortgages U.K.

55 U.K.In section 9 of the M1 Local Government Act 1986 (interpretation of provisions relating to the transfer of mortgages) in subsection (1)(a), after “section 3 of the M2 Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted—

“the Metropolitan Police Authority,”.
