The Metropolitan Magistrates’ Courts Act 1959 U.K.

16 (1) The M1 Metropolitan Magistrates’ Courts Act 1959 shall be amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In section 4(2) (borrowing powers of Receiver), the words “, or of the metropolitan police force,” shall cease to have effect.
