19(1)Section 11 of the M1Local Government Act 1966 (grants for expenditure due to ethnic minority population) shall be amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In subsection (2) (application to police authorities etc) after “section 3 of the M2Police Act 1996” there shall be inserted “ , the Metropolitan Police Authority, ”.
