The M1Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 shall be amended as follows.

In Schedule 6 (employments relevant to section 13(2) of that Act) in paragraph (c) (employment, otherwise than as a constable, under the Receiver etc) for “Receiver for the metropolitan police district” there shall be substituted “ Metropolitan Police Authority ”.
