Greater London Authority Act 1999, Paragraph 41 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 04 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
41(1)Part I of the M1Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (general) shall be amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In section 44(1), in the definition of “local authority”, in paragraph (a) (extended meaning in certain provisions) after “section 3 of the M2Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted “ the Metropolitan Police Authority, ”.
