In Schedule 1 to the M1Housing Act 1988 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies) in paragraph 12 (local authority tenancies, etc.) in sub-paragraph (2)(g), after “section 3 of the M2Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted “ the Metropolitan Police Authority, ”.
