In section 138 of the M1Local Government Act 1972 (powers of principal councils with respect to emergencies and disasters) in subsection (5) (expenses incurred by certain bodies in co-ordinating planning) for “London Fire and Civil Defence Authority” there shall be substituted “ London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority ”.
