25U.K.In section 5 of the M1Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (no statutory tenancy where landlord’s interest belongs to local authority etc) in subsection (3) (which specifies the bodies in question) after paragraph (bb) (joint authorities) there shall be inserted—
“(bbb)the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority;”.
