37U.K.In section 45 of the M1Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (power of local authority to enter into arrangements with Secretary of State under the M2Employment and Training Act 1973) in subsection (2) (local authorities to whom the section applies) after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted “and
(d)the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority.”
