Tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies U.K.

53 U.K. In Schedule 1 to the M1 Housing Act 1988 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies) in paragraph 12(2) (definition of “local authority”) after paragraph (e) there shall be inserted—

“(ee) the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority;”.
