56U.K.In section 152 of the M1Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (interpretation etc of sections 150 and 151) in subsection (2) (meaning of “relevant authority” in relation to England and Wales) after paragraph (m) there shall be inserted—
“(n)the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority.”
