In section 252 of the M1Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (procedure for making of orders) in subsection (12), in the definition of “local authority”, after “a joint authority established by Part IV of the M2Local Government Act 1985,” there shall be inserted “ the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, ”.
