22U.K.In section 13 of the M1Employment Agencies Act 1973 (interpretation) in subsection (7) (which specifies what the Act does not apply to) after paragraph (fg) there shall be inserted—
“(fh)the exercise by the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority of any of its functions;”.
