23U.K.In section 28 of the M1Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (restrictions on disclosure of information) in subsection (6) (which extends the meaning of local authority in subsections (3) to (5)) at the end there shall be added “ “and the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority” ”.
