42U.K.In section 4 of the M1Housing Act 1985 (other descriptions of authority) in paragraph (e) (local authorities) after the words “a joint authority established by Part IV of the M2Local Government Act 1985”, in both places where they occur, there shall be inserted “ and the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority ”.
