Disqualification of justices who are members of local authorities U.K.

62 U.K. In section 66 of the Justices of the M1 Peace Act 1997 (disqualification in certain cases of justices who are members of local authorities) in subsection (7) (meaning of “local authority”) after paragraph (c) (joint authorities) there shall be inserted—

“(cc) the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority;”.
