7 U.K. In section 11 of the M1 Local Government Act 1966 (grants for expenditure due to ethnic minority population) in subsection (2) (application of section to the bodies there specified) after “shall apply to” there shall be inserted “ the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority ”.
