68 U.K. In the following provisions of Part II of the M1 London Local Authorities Act 1991 (special treatment premises), namely—

(a) section 7 (application under Part II), and

(b) section 15 (powers of entry),

for the words “London Fire and Civil Defence Authority”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “ London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority ”.
