The members of the Cultural Strategy Group for London shall hold and vacate office in accordance with the terms of their appointment.

The terms of appointment of a member shall be such as the Mayor may determine.

But a member may at any time resign his membership by giving notice to the Mayor.

A person who ceases to be a member shall be eligible for re-appointment.
