The quorum of the Cultural Strategy Group for London and the arrangements relating to its meetings shall be such as it may determine.

The validity of proceedings of the Cultural Strategy Group for London is not affected—
a
by any vacancy among the members or any defect in the appointment of any member; or
b
by any failure to make, or any defect in, an appointment under paragraph 3 above.
