333DDuties of F5the Authority and local authorities

In exercising any function F2relating to F6housing or regeneration, the Authority shall have regard to the London housing strategy.

Any local housing strategy prepared by a local housing authority in Greater London must be in general conformity with the London housing strategy.

In subsection (2)—

  • “local housing strategy” means—

    1. a
