1In section 32(2) of the [1985 c. 66.] Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (vesting of estate, and dealings of debtor, after sequestration), at the beginning insert “Notwithstanding anything in section 11 or 12 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999,”.
