SCHEDULE 3 E+W Pension sharing orders: England and Wales

11 E+W In section 52 (interpretation), in subsection (2), for “and” at the end of paragraph (a) there is substituted—

“(aa) references to pension sharing orders shall be construed in accordance with section 21A above; and”.
