The Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 25) U.K.

72 U.K. In Part III of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices)—

(a) omit—

“Adjudicator appointed for the purposes of the Immigration Act 1971”; and

(b) at the appropriate places, insert—

“Adjudicator appointed for the purposes of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;”

and

“Asylum Support Adjudicator.”
