The House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 24) U.K.

71 U.K. In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices)—

(a) omit—

“Adjudicator appointed for the purposes of the Immigration Act 1971”; and

(b) at the appropriate places, insert—

“Adjudicator appointed for the purposes of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;and”

“ Asylum Support Adjudicator.”
