The [1995 c. 43.] Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act 1995 shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (2) of section 1 (offences to which Part I (confiscation) applies), for “Part III of the 1989 Act” substitute “any of sections 15 to 18 of the Terrorism Act 2000”.

In subsection (1)(c) of section 42 (reciprocal enforcement of orders), for “1989 Act” substitute “Terrorism Act 2000”.

In subsection (1) of section 49 (interpretation), the definition of “the 1989 Act” shall cease to have effect.
