15 U.K. In this Part of this Schedule—

• “forfeiture order” means an order made by a court in Scotland under section 23 [F1 or 23A], and

• “forfeited property” means the money or other property to which a forfeiture order applies.

• [F2 “ relevant offence ” means—

  (a)

  an offence under any of sections 15 to 18,

  (b)

  an offence to which section 23A applies, or

  (c)

  in relation to a restraint order, any offence specified in Schedule 2 to the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (offences where terrorist connection to be considered).]
