Schedule 14 (which makes provision about the exercise of functions by authorised officers for the purposes of F1Schedule 1 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (forfeiture of terrorist property) and examining officers for the purposes of Schedule 7 F2to this Act (port and border controls)) shall have effect.
