Prospective
12E+WIn Article 11(2) of the Adoption (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 (restriction on arranging adoptions and placing children), for “approved as respects England and Wales under section 3 of the Adoption Act 1976 or as respects Scotland” there shall be substituted “ in respect of which a person is registered under Part II of the Care Standards Act 2000 or F1... as respects Scotland ”.
