In section 202(1) (general interpretation)—
a
for the definition of “dwelling house” substitute—
“dwelling” includes any part of a building where that part is occupied separately as a dwelling;
b
at the appropriate place insert—
“qualifying address” shall be construed in accordance with section 9(8) above;
